The latest update as of November 11, 2023

Before we get down to the serious business of the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals, we've got something more serious to write about. Today is Remembrance Day (Canada) and Veteran's Day (U.S.A.), and all over the world there will be similar markings of the end of the first World War, "the war to end all wars". This day holds a special significance to me as my grandfathers both served in the British army, my mother in the Royal Canadian Navy (WW2), and father in the Royal Canadian Air Force (WW2). Additionally, my dad's brother, Bob, served in the air force, but was lost on a mission late in WW2. Today is the day when I remember what they did for their country(s) and give thanks for everyone who has served their country over the centuries. May they all rest in peace.

In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals - Friday Qualifying

It's going to be a slow day here as we're dealing with the first serious winter storm and have to attend to matters more serious than writing and posting photos from yesterday's action at Pomona. We will get to it but slowly. Maybe tomorrow we'll be back to full speed. Stay tuned for updates throughout the day as the 2023 drag racing season draws to a dramatic close.
