The first round of eliminations in the PRO classes is in the books and the championship battles continue in all categories. The number of contenders grew shorter, as Billy Torrence (TF), and John Force (FC) fell by the wayside. In Pro Stock, despite turning on the winlight, Jason Line and Bo Butner dropped out as points leader Erica Enders advanced in a MUCH-hyped race against Greg Anderson.

The math was simple in the some of the first round pairings, as team-mates Robert Hight and John Force fought it out and the "ol' truck driver" lost his bid for a 17th championship, as Robert advanced and kept the lead over Jack Beckman and Matt Hagan. Here's the updated points totals as we prepare for the second round of eliminations.
