FUNNY CAR CHAOS #5 - Central Illinois Dragway (Havana, IL)

The Funny Car Chaos crew moved into Central Illinois Dragway for the fifth (of seven) events on their 2019 calendar. With it being the 50th anniversary of the track's existence, the race had a special feeling and the spectators were primed and ready for nitro funny car racing, backed up with several nostalgia circuits of Pro Stocks, Super Stocks, and a Quick 16 bracket. With two qualifying sessions on tap, under the lights, the Friday night show promised to be great. Making it even more interesting was the attendance of a number of cars that don't compete in the south and southwestern events.
