Final round action in Pro Mod from the IHRA Rocky Mountain Nationals

Here's a series of pics showing just how out-of-shape Vern Mills got in the West Coast Pro Mod association final round against Wayne Hofer. Vern nearly lost it on the burnout, then got backed up into a very crooked launch position which caused him to cross the centerline just past the Christmas tree. Needless to say, he lost the race, but entertained the crowd.
