Like someone trapped in a nightmare that they can't quite awaken from, I've fallen victim to that well-known Windows general protection fault... "The Blue Screen of Death". In other words, my computer keeps crashing for no apparent reason and has been doing so for the last two days. What would normally be a one hour job is taking six or eight... and the frustration level is mounting. It's been nearly a year since I've had a bad bout of this recurring computer illness, and that time it went away as suddenly as it started, without me ever figuring out why or how it happened. This time, I'm not so sure....

Maybe things will be back to normal tomorrow... and maybe not. In the meantime, if you don't see any updates to the site, including the What's New page... it's not me, it's the darn computer that's keeping things from happening. And if you're waiting for an answer to an e-mail, you know why you haven't received it... or at least one of the reasons. Again, if and when the computer smartens up, I'll catch up as soon as I can. For now, you'll just have to hang on and be patient.
